Return & Refund Policy
Before returning your product, please contact us at email@example.com. We will work with you to ensure that the return process is as easy as possible for you.
You will have to pay the shipping fee to return the item unless the product arrived damaged or defective and you are returning it within 50 days of the purchase date.
We will replace your item or refund you for the full cost of said item if you return a damaged or defective product within 50 days of your purchase date.
We do process refunds on orders that did not ship within a 48-hour period. Also, we will refund the full cost of any defective or damaged items within the first 50 days of the initial purchase date.
We will need your order ID, as well as a video or picture of the product to confirm that the product is damaged.
Without your order ID and proof of damage, we will not be able to process the refund.
Every item we sell is brand new, and we only process exchanges if the product is damaged, defective, or a mistake was made during the fulfillment process. We will need your order ID, as well as a video or picture of the product to confirm that the product arrived damaged or defective.
Please note that we do not process exchanges for customers who wish to change the color or another aspect of the item(s) they purchased. If the order has been fulfilled correctly and you have not received a damaged or defective product, we will not process your request for an exchange.
